Double check everything done at this place. I brought my own oil and the mechanics did not seal the cap all the way when they returned it to me. Oil all over my seats and carpet. Called them, got sent to some higher up, zero call back. Absolutely no follow up and no attempt to compensate.

Sometimes I feel like I have been the sole reason for keeping Precision Tune's rent paid for over the years with the issues I've had with previous cars dating 10 years back and further. They have always taken care of me and my families vehicles in an honest and professional manner. I have never felt scammed or taken advantage of, and they have always been upfront with me about the work that needs, or doesn't need, to be done.

This place has gone down hill badly, beware, they are dishonest and refuse to own up to their mistakes. My wife and I took our Subaru Forester in for an oil change and tire rotation this past Saturday. When we picked it up we were told that we were "missing" a lug nut on the rear wheel. After going out and looking it turns out the lug nut wasn't missing, it was snapped off. It was a fresh break, and you could tell it was twisted off. It was near the end of the day and the manager wanted us to come back the next week and pay to fix it and even provide our own lug nut! There is no damage or scuffing around the lug nut that was broken off, so the only way it could have happened was during the tire rotation and the technician using too much torque. I called the manager on Monday to discuss this with him and he had no interest in making it right, even though it was clearly a mistake they made. If you take your vehicle there, pray they don't break something and try to get you to pay for it. We are never bringing our vehicles back to this place.

Girlies come here if you want good, respectful service. As a girl with no knowledge about cars, I felt it was easy to ask questions and talk with the front desk about the issues without feeling rushed or Uncomfortable. I have come here for 3 years due to the amazing service and reasonable prices. Special shout out to Johnathan thornberg at the front desk who was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful, offering discounts where he could for my most recent issue. And the mechanics are great ! Never had any issue they couldn’t fix and always done right the first time. Keep up the good work :) !
